The lead season from 2010 has passed by in no time.

Since January I’ve been attending weekly team training or climbed at least 3 times a week. In November I figured I’ll give my body some rest. 16 full days, in other words, 2 weeks I haven’t touched any climbing holds at Monk Bouldergym. Luckily I spent my time with family, friends, work etc. My climb rest obviously influenced my body and mind in a positive way.

As of today I’ll start attending our weekly team training again. I’m so psyched yeah!
